Terms & Conditions for Baggage Storage Service
- Unless it is stated otherwise, these Terms & Conditions for baggage storage service (“Service”) apply to the Service within AsiaWorld-Expo (“Centre”). AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“Company”) accepts no responsibilities nor liabilities arising out and no refund whatsoever for the use of this Service by the customer (“Customer”). The use of the Service is entirely at the Customer’s own risk in all respects. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused to baggage (including but not limited to a suitcase or any other form of baggage under storage and contents therein) whether by reason of the Company’s negligence or otherwise howsoever. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
- A Customer must produce any baggage for inspection at any time upon demand by any official of the Company. An official of the Company may open or examine any baggage without liability of whatever nature for any losses or damages (including consequential and non-pecuniary loss) howsoever arises.
- The Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to refuse any baggage for storage in the Centre.
- Full payment shall be made upon delivery of the deposited baggage. No tipping is allowed.
- Deposited baggage can only be collected upon providing the original receipt or by showing the Baggage Registration Confirmation email to the Company. Photocopy or screen capture will not be accepted. The Company accept no liability whatsoever for any unauthorised use of original receipt or Baggage Registration Confirmation email. In case of loss of original receipt, the Customer should inform the Company’s staff at Baggage Storage counter or report to Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3606 8888. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage upon releasing the baggage whether resulting from false reports or from any other causes whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to dispose of the baggage deposited in whatever way it deems fit.
- If deposited baggage is not collected within 1 hour after the end of the event, the Company shall regard the deposited baggage as unclaimed baggage and reserves the right to dispose the same without any further notice.
- The Company may, without being liable, dispose or remove any baggage which might in its sole discretion cause injury, nuisance or inconvenience to persons or damage to the property or deemed to be unclaimed baggage in accordance with clause 6.
- The Service shall not at any time be used for:
- the storage of any explosives, fire arms, ammunition or other articles or materials which are inflammable, dangerous or of an offensive, obnoxious and/or corrosive nature; or
- the storage of any illegal or unlawful articles, or for any illegal purposes.
- The Company shall collect adequate, but not excessive, personal data by lawful and fair means only for lawful purposes related to the Company’s business and activities in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap.486. The personal data collected may be stored by a third-party service provider within or outside Hong Kong. In such cases, the third-party service provider shall comply with confidentiality obligations and applicable data protection requirements. - The Company shall be entitled from time to time to add, delete or amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions by notice posted at or near the Baggage Storage counter, and such addition, deletion or amendment shall be deemed to be conclusively binding on and accepted by the Customer with effect from the Services commencing immediately after the posting of such notice.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. The Company hereby reserve all rights in respect of these Terms and Conditions and in the case of any disputes, the decision of the Company in all matters under its control is final and binding.
行李寄存服務條款
- 除非內文另有規定,否則本行李寄存服務(“服務”) 條款適用於香港亞洲國際博覽館 (“博覽館”) 。亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司(“本公司”) 就此服務而導致顧客(“顧客”)的損失一概不負責任及此服務一概不作退款。顧客必須自行承擔使用此服務的所有風險。本公司對行李 ( 包括但不限於行李箱或以任何其他形式被寄存的行李及其中的物品 ) 所遭受的任何損壞或遺失,包括因本公司疏忽或其他原因造成的損失,均不負責。請在使用本服務前仔細閱讀此條款。使用本服務即表示您同意並接受此條款。
- 不論何時,顧客均須應本公司人員的要求出示行李以供檢查。本公司人員可以打開或檢查任何行李,而無須就任何原因引致的任何性質的損失或損毀(包括相應而生和非金錢損失)而承擔法律責任。
- 本公司保留其絕對酌情決定權拒絕提供服務, 恕不作任何通知。
- 所有服務費須於寄存行李時於櫃檯繳清,禁止給予小費。
- 領取寄存行李時,顧客必須提交有效的收據單正本或向本公司出示行李寄存確認電郵。影印本或螢幕擷圖恕不接受。本公司概不負責顧客的收據單正本或行李寄存確認電郵在未經顧客授權或批准下被他人使用。如果遺失據單正本,請顧客通知服務人員或致電本公司的客服熱線 (852) 3606 8888。本公司對因虛假報告遺失或其他原因造成的損失均不負責。本公司保留最終決定權以其認為適當的方法處理該物品。
- 所有寄存行李需於表演/活動完結後的一小時之內到櫃檯領取,凡逾時而未被領回的行李,本公司將視該行李為無人認領行李,並保留權利將該寄存行李棄置處理而不作另行通知,本公司概不負責。
- 本公司可以移走或處置其認為可能對人或本公司造成損傷或滋擾或不便或對財物造成損壞的任何寄存行李,或按上述條款6處理未被領回的行李,而無須承擔法律責任。
- 此服務不得用於:
- 儲存爆炸物、槍械、彈藥或其他易燃、危險或腐蝕性物品;或
- 儲存非法、違法或用作非法用途的物品。
- 本公司將會收集適當,但不會過多的個人資料及將會用於與本公司業務和活動相關的用途上,而相關的個人資料,本公司將依照個人資料(私隱)條例- 第486章處理。所收集的個人資料可能會由第三方服務供應商於香港境內或境外儲存。在此情況下,該第三方服務供應商須遵守保密義務及相關的資料保障要求。而相關的私隱政策聲明,請瀏覽https://www.asiaworld-expo.com/zh-tc/privacy-policy/。
- 本公司有權隨時增添、刪除或修定本服務條款之內容,一切修改將以通告形式張貼於行李寄存區域附近。通告張貼即表示此等增添、刪除或修訂之條款即時生效,顧客使用行李寄存服務時亦受此等條款所約束。
- 如上述服務條款之中文版本與英文版本之內容有任何差異,以英文版本為準。本公司將保留一切之權利,有關本服務條款之全部事宜及任何爭議,本公司對所有事項的決定均為最終和具有約束力。
